Ryan serves as the Lead Pastor of Canby Alliance Church, where his passion is helping people walk in the way of Jesus in the middle of real life. His leadership is shaped by a deep desire to see people experience authentic transformation—not just attend church, but actually encounter Jesus in a way that reshapes how they live, love, and engage the world.

He has a heart for teaching Scripture in a way that is clear, grounded, and deeply connected to everyday life. Ryan is especially drawn to helping people navigate the tension between faith and real-world struggles—believing that God meets us not outside of our reality, but right in the middle of it.

As a leader, Ryan is focused on cultivating a church culture marked by real truth, real people, real community, and real impact. He is committed to equipping others to step into their calling, building teams that carry vision together, and creating spaces where people feel seen, known, and invited into something bigger than themselves.
